For houses with high energy efficiency Viking Window has developed inward opening 88 mm window with thermal transmittance Uw = 0,74 W/m²K
Glazing units and hardware:
Viking DK88 windows are equipped with the Argon filled insulated glazing unit with two low-E glasses (Planitherm One) and SGG Swisspacer Ultimate warm edge solution; Ug = 0,47 W/m²K. It has ROTO hardware and Hoppe handles and optionally one can choose version with concealed hinges.
Available as timber or aluclad window. Opening types are illustrated by DK13 window animation.

NB! For intward opening windows fly screens are fixed inside the frame in front of the sash or on the external side of frame - thus there must remain sufficient space for the screen frames. Please discuss with the sales representative any further, more detailed quiestions!
